Lytehouse Youth Ministries exists to glorify God, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, to link, to outreach, to build and to equip youth for lifelong ministry.
Our youth programs provide a dynamic, caring environment for teens to meet and establish lifelong relationships with each other and with God.
Ignite
Ignite is our youth program on Friday nights. It is an opportunity for teens to connect with friends and more importantly with God. With Live Music, Speaking, and Cafe style Socials, teenagers enter an environment that is engaging and exciting. Click here to go to our Lytehouse Website.
Prayer
The prayer team is the fuel behind our Friday night services and multiple weekly activities! We pray together at 7:00 pm every Friday night for our service that night and also for various other church/youth ministries and personal needs. We believe that where two or three are gathered, God is there.
Jr. High
Jr. High's Rock! But...we know it can be hard moving from the kids program (fun factor) to LYM. As a result, we try to make the transition as easy as possible. In September and randomly throughout the year we have socials and events JUST FOR YOU! If you're a Jr. High and you want to fit in...make sure you make it out to these socials! It's a great start!
Small Groups
Our youth hold Intentional Discipleship (ID) Small Group studies on Sunday mornings at 9:45. ID Groups provide an opportunity for discussion of the scriptures in a relaxed and informal setting.
Recreational Team
The recreational team was made to create a fun and non threatening environment for the people in our youth group to invite friends who are a bit tentative about attending a service. We play basketball and other sports on Wednesday nights, and the sometimes organize a recreational social for a Friday night. We also look forward, to our annual 3 on 3 basketball tournament!
